COVID Protocol

For the safety of all attendees, SSN requires everyone attending in-person to be fully vaccinated or have a negative COVID-19 test. "Fully vaccinated" is defined by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as 2 weeks after a second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer, Moderna, or AstraZeneca vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine. Although it is not currently part of the CDC recommendations, it is recommended you get a booster dose to further strengthen your protection against COVID-19 variants.

SSN will contact all attendees (delegates, speakers and sponsors) 1 week before the event with a form to confirm their vaccine or test status. Those who are vaccinated, please return the form immediately. For those not vaccinated please return the form no earlier than 3 days, and no later than 1 day, before the event with test result status. Only those who are vaccinated or those who have received a negative COVID-19 test within the previous 3 days to the event will be permitted to attend in-person.

Masks are encouraged in the meeting room and public areas.
